Next Steps

From Quote to Service: What Happens Now

Now that you’ve requested a quote, here’s what happens next

1. Confirmation and Registration

Once you’ve reviewed the quote, confirm if you wish to proceed (see nr. 3 below). We’ll send you a client registration form and Terms & Conditions to complete and return.

2. Meet and Greet

We’ll schedule an on-site meeting to ensure compatibility and familiarize ourselves with your home and pets. Keys can be exchanged then or arranged separately.

3. Payment Expectations

  1. A 50% deposit is due when you approve the quote to confirm your booking.
  2. Full payment is required before service begins.

You’ll receive an invoice after your first payment showing the final payment due date.
